“Anyone who knows me, knows that I love to work in the yard. It’s hard work, but very rewarding. Over the last 12 years, I have had a lot of trial and error learning to adjust to shade gardening. I now have a true appreciation for shade plants and love Hostas! If you ever see me in the yard, please say hello!”

As summer approaches, golf cart cruising will become more popular. It is important to be mindful that Pebble Creek Phase 1 is made up of county roads, not private, and therefore falls under the jurisdiction of county law enforcement. We are sharing this golf cart laws infographic for reference. Let’s have a fun and safe summer in Pebble Creek!

Make plans to join us this Saturday at the Pavilion from 3:00 to 7:00 pm for our Phase 1 Spring Fling! A few things to know:
Egg hunt will be for children 9 and under
Please bring 12 Easter eggs filled with prize/candy for each child you wish to participate
Clubhouse grill will be offering hot dog and hamburger plates for sale from 5:00 to 7:00 pm
Bouncy house for kids

Yard of the month for March is 2 Cricket Court, congratulations! John and Karen McGraw moved to Pebble Creek in 1998 and Karen stated they love Pebble Creek and the friendly neighbors.
The river rocks and sharp edges around grass express a neat and clean curb appeal.
The well manicured front lawn is complimented by a large spruce along with a tulip tree and double cherry tree. It is well worth your time to drive by and appreciate this beautiful home and landscaping.
It’s that time of year again. The leaves are falling! There will be two leaf pickup dates, one in November and one in December.
Please make sure to have your leaves in a pile on the street in front of your house and ready for pickup no later than the Sunday before the week of your street’s pickup dates (ex: If you live on Sassafras Drive, your leaves will need to be out by Sunday, November 7 for the first pickup and by Sunday, December 5 for the second pickup). Do not put large sticks or other debris in the leaf pile.

Friday, August 27 - August Summer Social featuring FREE Kona Ice (while supplies last)! Cornhole, bubble wands for the kids, and complimentary soft drinks and water will be available beginning at 5:30 and Kona Ice will be on-site from 6-7pm. Free shaved ice for the first 50 servings! Location: 200 block of Whittlin Way.
Saturday, September 18 - Community Yard Sale. Set up in your yard and sell your stuff! We will post on social media and set out signs at neighborhood entrances.
